Günlük süre dolunca ne olur?
Süre bitmeden 5 dakika önce bir uyarı çıkar. Süre dolduğunda, "Oyunu bitirmesine izin ver" ayarı açıksa çocuğunuz mevcut oyunu bitirir (Rahat ve Minik'te en çok 10 dakika beklenir); ayar kapalıysa oyun hemen durur. Ardından "Bugünlük bu kadar!" ekranı açılır. Ebeveyn alanından ek süre verebilirsiniz.
Rekorlar neden silindi?
Tüm bilgiler yalnızca cihazda saklanır. Uygulama silinirse rekorlar ve ayarlar da silinir.

How do I open the parent area?
Press and hold the lock button at the top right of the home screen for about 1.5 seconds, then answer the question shown (a multiplication question by default).
What happens when the daily limit is reached?
A reminder appears 5 minutes before the limit. When time is up, if "Oyunu bitirmesine izin ver" (Let them finish the game) is on, the current game can finish (Rahat and Minik, i.e. Relax and Mini, wait at most 10 minutes); if it is off, play stops at once. Then the "Bugünlük bu kadar!" (That's all for today) screen appears. You can add extra time from the parent area.
Why were my high scores deleted?
All information is stored only on the device. If the app is deleted, high scores and settings are deleted too.
What is the Magic Pack?
The whole game is free to play. The Magic Pack is an optional subscription (yearly or monthly) that unlocks 8 new clear effects and 3 new themes (Garden, Space, Cars); new themes and effects are added regularly. The purchase page is behind the parental gate: tap the palette button at the top left of the home screen, tap a locked item in the gold "Sihirli Paket" card and answer the parent question.
How do I cancel or restore the subscription?
The subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period. On iPhone and iPad, cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before renewal. On Android, cancel in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. On a new device, if the pack doesn't unlock by itself, open the subscription page with the same Apple Account or Google account and press "Satın alımları geri yükle" (Restore Purchases).
Can family members use it too?
On iPhone and iPad, yes: the Magic Pack can be shared with Family Sharing. Family members use it with their own Apple Accounts.
What if it was bought by mistake?
The store, not the app, takes the payment and decides on refunds. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, go to play.google.com › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & order history, choose the order and use "Report a problem". If that doesn't help, write to sightup.support@gmail.com.
How are stickers earned?
Each sticker belongs to an achievement (e.g. "×3 kombo yap", make a ×3 combo). Tap a locked sticker in the album to see how to earn it.
